Jackie Ingamells joins Advisory Board of Viable Partners

Viable Partners, a global community of seasoned management consultants helping companies to thrive and excel, is proud to announce that Jackie Ingamells, global leader in customer experience and organizational agility, has joined our Advisory Board. Jackie will provide strategic insights on the future of work and guidance on consultant engagements, change management and organization design.
As a respected leader and mentor, Jackie inspires creativity and innovation among team members while guiding realistic change. She is recognized by her peers in global customer experience as a transformational leader with a deep understanding of cultures, customers and the workforce of the future. Jackie was formerly the Global Head of Workforce Enablement and Head of Customer Experience & Design for Asia at MetLife. Prior to MetLife, Jackie served as Regional Vice President of Customer Experience for AIG Asia Pacific. Jackie is an accomplished leader and executive manager who excels in business transformation, change management strategy, data analytics, organization design, talent development, knowledge evolution, employee life cycle management and call center operations.
Jackie earned a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Roosevelt University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii. She is certified in Design Thinking and is a Scrum Master and Net Promoter Associate. Jackie served as a coach and mentor throughout her tenure at MetLife, AIG and AT&T and continues to share her time and expertise advising start-up entrepreneurs and investors.
