Client wants to utilise a digital twin to facilitate communications between multiple parties locally with engineers, planners, project managers, facility and property managers allowing for visual and direction of their building assets. It helped to increase visibility and provide a 360 site condition record, enable the tracking of project progress. It also save time, reduce rework and prevent dispute. The added benefit of the digital twin is lowered carbon footprint: Reducing site visits by multiple stakeholders while maintaining visibility to the asset.
