Organizational Transformation for a global pharmaceutical
As part of the merger of a multi-billion dollar acquisition, a global pharmaceutical needed to evaluate and merge organizations to best realize value and prepare for future growth.
Our Project Management consultants took charge - creating an Agile-based Organization Transformation Project with multiple workstreams across the business and HR teams of both companies. They then ensured that each stream of cross-discipline employees had the tools and resources they needed to do deep-dive analysis of their roles and responsibilities - with our consultants acting as questioners, devil's advocates, and representatives of top management with each team and on weekly and monthly full-team updates and retrospectives.
The combined re-organization was rolled out to the entire global team successfully, with management and employees excited about how the new structures have full strategic alignment, better empowerment and accountability, greater opportunities for personal growth, and stronger capabilities to underpin and accelerate their future plans.
