Our consultants contribute their expertise to the Tech4Good program, ensuring secure data wiping of laptops before donation to Australian community groups and charities supporting marginalized households.
Connecting, Inspiring and Empowering Women
Access to finance is always a challenge for women entrepreneurs especially for those who have no track record and credibility just yet. Lack of success stories, role models, skills, knowledge, tools and the juggle of unpaid care works make women hesitate to start a business. Their voices are often overlooked, their ideas left unheard and their ambition invalidated. We are proud to be supporting Lift Women, Australia's first women-focused go-to funding marketplace, exist to connect, inspire and empower women to start and scale their businesses, and live a life to its fullest potential.
Mentorship for the Future Workforce
Every year, Viable Partners matches inspiring recent graduates with select Senior Executives around the world, using our proprietary proven matching technology that ensures the right match between projects and consultants. Mentors and mentees work through a professionally structured 3 months mentorship program where future job seekers looking to enter the workforce are matched to mentors that provide valuable advice and encourage new perspectives to assist mentees to plan paths to attain their career goals and to improve their professional offering with new knowledge and skills. The mentoring process encourages continuous improvement through the ongoing relationship with the mentor as they build the future of work together.
